Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern all sales of products made through the website www.bb-shower.com, operated by Zorane, a company registered under the number 841 976 558 00012, with its registered office at rue du Grand Feu, 79000 NIORT, France, represented by Mr. Gomis, in his capacity as company director.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by Zorane to customers via its online store.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, should any errors or omissions occur, Zorane cannot be held liable.
3. Orders
Placing an order on www.bb-shower.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Zorane reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing or previous dispute.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT), but excluding delivery costs.
Zorane reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is required immediately at the time of ordering. Payment may be made by credit card or any other method made available on the site.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Zorane shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (postal delays, customs clearance, or force majeure).
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
8. Returns and Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Zorane will issue a refund within 14 days.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of error on the part of Zorane.

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.bb-shower.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Zorane.

Zorane is committed to protecting the privacy of customer information. Personal data is collected and used solely for processing orders and managing the commercial relationship.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts where Zorane’s registered office is located.
